[mythtv] PVR 250 Success!

The stuttering in the Sound that a couple of us were experiencing has been
fixed (at least on my machine) by a check-in Isaac made Saturday afternoon.

One more data point for the PVR 250:  1GHZ Xeon, 1GB RAM, mythbackend and
mythfrontend on the same machine, mp3 encoding at quality 7, 544x480 res,
CPU remains approx. 60 - 70% idle!
