[mythtv] [PATCH] MythTV Hide OSD

This OSD addition is causing problems for me.  When I flip channels, the
osd disappears on every other channel.  So for example if I start on
channel 2 with no osd, flip to 3 OSD appears, flip to 4 OSD disappears,
flip to 5 OSD appears, flip to 6 OSD disappers, etc, etc, etc.

Changed code style to be a bit cleaner and match the rest.
