[mythtv] TV window size

I believe gnome is known to behave badly with MythTV.
If you must use a full-blown desktop environment with Myth, try KDE.
Otherwise, may I suggest a lightweight window manager like twm or fvwm.
Sample .twmrc and .fvwmrc files are supplied in the MC/configfiles
directory.
