[mythtv] [BUG] Error with New OSD code

I know you guys are probably tired of seeing my name associated with the
word bug, but I've found another one.  This relates to the OSD.  I have
the "auto mark commercials" option turned on.  When I enter edit mode,
press Z a couple of times to load the marked commercials, then exit edit
mode; the cut marks stay on the screen.  I tested this with both my osd
and the default osd.
