A little follow up... I only had the blue theme in the /usr/local/shared/mythtv/themes folder, and found the rest in the untarred directory. Not sure if those are supposed to make their way over automatically or not. Anyway, I was trying to see if it was just my theme that doesn't work and tried the liquid one - it doesn't work either.
