[mythtv] Tekram IR-mate 210

Yeah, I was looking at that IR receiver.  Looks nice, and it's pretty
cheap.  But I want to find an IR transmitter as well.  Like I said, "I'm
pretty terrible with a soldering iron..."  I haven't been able to find any
IR transmitters.  Perhaps someone from this list should start selling some
homegrow IR transmitters...I'd by a couple! ;)
