[mythtv] problem with mythtv cvs

Hello all,

I'm having a problem installing/configuring the latest mythtv cvs.
I have xmltv and mysql installed already, and they both seemed to install ok 
per your directions.  I now try to edit the settings.txt file, but I find 
that it doesn't exist!  So I try to run setup/setup from the MC directory, 
and i get this error message:

QPainter::begin: Cannot paint null pixmap
QPainter::end: Missing begin() or begin() failed
Floating point exception
