[mythtv] Having much difficulty installing on Redhat 8 pleasehelp

I don't remember if expat-devel is required or not (it is built
automatically from the source rpm).  I built the rpms because I wasn't
having reproducable results.  I just made them available in case someone
else might find them useful.  They got me where I needed to be :)
