[mythtv] Voodoo 3 3500 TV-Out

I have everything working fine but TV out.
I'm using a different TV card, but want to do TV out with my
Voodoo 3 3500.

If you start the system with no monitor connected it will automatically use 
the TV out, but when it gets into X the picture gets all messed up.
I followed some stuff online, but nothing has worked.
