[mythtv] repost of mplayer patch?

could someone please repost the mplayer patch that allows to play the 
slightly modified nupplevideo mythtv files?  I did locate the patch on the 
mailing list, but during some kind of conversion process it was fubar'ed. 
(there are all kinds of =20 and =09 all over the diff patch with line 
endings in all kinds of wrong places)  If someone has a link where I could 
just download the patch, that would be even better...
