Yes it does. The VT82C586B is the IDE controller...
This mobo also has built in sound, ethernet, & ATA-133 all conveniently
supported in 2.4.20 - it's an MSI KT4-VL w/USB 2.0 to boot & it can be had for
less than $80. Well... you need the latest alsa drivers for the sound
chip but that's easy.
