  Fix frontend bug with startup on a new setup with no config.xml

When starting up mythfrontend with no config.xml and a remote backend
with default PIN of 0000, the frontend must seamlessly get the DB info
using UPNP, setup the config.xml and start the frontend GUI. This was
not working.
