  Configuration dialog VBox and V4L2enc

In mythtv-setup. change VBox "Device ID" field from disabled to readonly.
This removes the greyed-out presentation that goes with the disabled state.
Change V4L2enc "Probed Info" field to GroupSetting.
This gives a visual clue that the field cannot be edited.
