  Add transports from NIT debug output improvements

Optimized amount of debug output for transports found
in the NIT transport loop that are added to the list
of transports to be scanned.
Disabled separate output for Default Authorithy values as they
are already included in the debug output of the Service Descriptors.
Fixed a format bug.
