 The current list of themes processed by the themestrings tool has not been
 updated for several years. New themes have been added in this time. A
 resync is overdue. Additionally, the MythGallery plugin has been removed.

 I'm therefore refreshing themestringstool/run.sh to ensure we carry as
 many current theme translations as possible.
