 Please post the logs for the 2 steps you described in this bug report.
 If the backend / frontends run with the log options 'general', 'info',
 you should see something like
 {{{
 Running Grabber:
 }}}

 and please grep for 'Metadata' around above log entries.

 I'd expect to find those data in the backend log, but please search
 the frontend's log as well.
