 Fix compatibility to python3 in 'VideoGrabber.grabInetref'.

 During testing of the use case shown in 'mythvidexport.py',
 I found an additional incompatibility to python3.

 This patch fixes #12243 as well, by providing the correct
 'inetref' id to the grabber script.
