 This error shows up when creating a new schedule in Mythweb.

 Warning at /usr/share/mythtv/bindings/php/MythBackend.php, line 194:
 !!NoTrans: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that
 implements Countable!!

 From searching it may be related to PHP 7.2
 I am running Xubuntu 18.04.1
