 With avsync2 the jitterometer displays the av sync in milliseconds. With
 avsync it is in number of frames. Since frame rates can be variable, I
 want to work in time basis and not in number of frames. Also the frame
 rate can be doubled by the deinterlacer and there will be confusion over
 whether the jitterometer will take that into account.

 I am leaving avsync2 setup with a check box. My intention is that avsync2
 will replace avsync if it is satisfactory and then the checkbox can be
 removed.
