 different.  When skipping/jumping around, it seems to take just slightly
 longer for the video to "get back up to speed", but only slightly.
 You can change how quickly it "gets back up to speed" by changing the
 ''AVsync2 audio correction (ms)'' (right arrow from the ''Enable new
 timestamp...''). A higher value will get back up to speed quicker but at
 the cost of the video going extra fast or extra slowly.
