Comment:

 In the default menu theme this is on the frontend, Setup -> Video ->
 Recording Priorities -> Set Channel Recording Priorities. The source is
 displayed below the list, it changes as you select different channels. See
 attached picture. I am reassigning this to component Themes, but I don't
 think anybody is maintaining the themes. You can try to conatct the theme
 developer, fix it yourself in the theme files, or change to another theme.
