 Patch 20180725_1136_long_press_back.patch :

 Allows long press to be used with back.

 Once you assign Back to Long Press, the QT default whereby Back causes a
 "close" operation will be disabled. Before assigning back to long press,
 you must assign back to Global Escape and Main Menu exit. Otherwise back
 will stop working and you will be unable to complete the assignment of
 long press.

 Some back actions may work differently after this, since they will be
 going through keyboard translation instead of the default QT close action.
