Comment (by kmdewaal):

 Note that the patch set also contains one unrelated modification; the
 statement "info.is_opencable = true", executed when an SCTE Registration
 Descriptor is seen, is commented out.
 In the Ziggo DVB-C signal there are SCTE Registration Descriptors in about
 10 channels but it is not correct to classify these channels as opencable
 instead of DVB.
