 The first preview. 20180819_1111_vaaapi.patch, adds the new vaapi2
 decoding method. It uses none of the code in vaapicontext.cpp and
 videoout_openglvaapi.cpp, instead using the standard videoout_opengl.cpp

 It is still somewhat inefficient because it is doing scaling and
 conversion in software. It does fix the problem of failing when resolution
 changes. It plays 4K videos but crashes on the jellyfish 4K high bitrate
 video.
