 There seems to be another problem with h264 seektables:  although raw and
 rebuilt seektables are now near-identical there is a 7(ish)-frame mismatch
 between major scene-changes in DVB-T2 recordings and the following
 keyframe mark reported by the editor.  I am looking at compensating for
 this in mythTScut (work in progress) which cuts at keyframes found by
 ffmpeg.
