 No, nothing different. I tried again today and the LCD display continues
 updating the display while playing and also after pressing Escape when
 playback has frozen. After the playback froze I watched the LCD quite
 happily cycle through 3 displays:
 1. First part of the name of my programme,
 2. Second part of the name of my programme and
 3. The channel name
 4. Back again to 1

 I've just changed the settings to only show the time of day and I'll try
 again later and see if the time continues to update.
