which I think shows (mostly) single packets being dropped and on video
does cause mild pixelation - random rectangles appearing briefly. Partly
I suspect the usb device and its driver, but the best cure is a good
aerial. And maybe moving away from taxis, pizza shops, police stations.
As I said earlier, this ought to be on the user list, where you might get
wider range of expertise.
