 Having already done a successful scan with the previous build, I started
 mythtvsetup and went straight to the Channel Editor > Video source dvb >
 Edit Transports

 Certainly the main page is OK (and I have a Snapshot of it).  Deleting and
 adding Multiplexes (!) looks as if it works too.
