 Stuart

 The attached patch eliminates the extra page with just "scan
 configuration" and "scan", and adds the Scan to the scan configuration so
 you just go down on the page to get to scan. Let me know if this is
 better. I could only do minimal testing since I do not get any DVB
 reception here.
