 Patch 007 - Fix deprecated structure AVPicture and associated functions in
 plugins

 Patch 002 was causing a failure to compile in the plugins. This fixes that
 and makes the AVPicture changes to plugins. Plugins should work now but
 they still use other deprecated items that have already been fixed in the
 main build.
