 On a 64-bit Linux from Scratch system, I have 100% confirmed that mythweb
 (using git branch fixes/29) fails starting at PHP version 7.0.6 and all
 through the 7.1.X series as well. Rolling back to PHP-7.0.5 solves the SQL
 Error detailed in the attached backtrace.
