 I have retested on two machines with different hardware, including setting
 overrides for specific video sizes. On both OpenGL and VAAPI, there is no
 offset as long as I have the full screen settings mentioned in
 https://code.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/13054#comment:15 . Please can you
 paste the full version number from mythutil --version.
