Comment:

 Please make sure that you have the following settings:
  GUI width 0 Gui height 0 Gui X offset 0 Gui Y offset 0 Use window border
 unchecked.
 It is only fixed for the full screen case. Using nonzero offsets and
 window sizes do not work in a reasonable fashion when the resolution gets
 changed.

 If you have confirmed these settings and it is still happening, please
 tell me what you have for everything on theme/screen settings and video
 mode settings, also which playback profile you are using.

 For me, I only see the problem when setting GUI height, width etc. or
 setting window border.

 If there is some real reason for needing those setting in conjunction with
 separate video modes, please explain the problem you are trying to solve.
