 Updated to Steppes 29.1 - note new appearance for arrows like New
 Transport.

 As described previously I get the screen shown in your image but it only
 contains the title bar and date. It is different to yours due to it being
 a DVB-S Transport
 so in my case the title bar contains

 QPSK 11739000 Hz rate 29500000 netid  2 tid 2002     Fri Aug 4 2017 10:25
 A.M.

 The boxes in your image containing Digital TV Standard, Frequency &
 Modulation are not present.

 Note that you can edit a transport from the 'Channel Scan' by selecting
 'Scan of single existing transport' but it does not work via 'Edit
 Transports' which provides the only method to add a new one. I am guessing
 that the problem lies with the ,Digital TV Standard, being different?
