 I get the same with this clip.  Sound works with v0.29-pre-189, not with
 pre-380.  ffmpeg -i and mythffmpeg -i give essentially identical output,
 ac3 stereo fltp at 448 kb/s.  Typical in UK is aac_latm(LC).

 'frontend -v playback' reports AFD: No codec for streams 1,2,
 id(AC3:86019), and hitting the + key yields a blank ident OSD.

 This change mirrors that seen for DVD audio playback, ticket #12955
