 I have a CETON 6 tuner device. Whan I got into Capture Card setup, select
 one of the tuners or select "New Capture Card" the setup hangs for 60 -
 120 seconds. Front end log messages are as follows:

 The claim of 3 seconds greatly underestimates how long it actually takes.

 This happens on each tuner, so changing a setting on 6 tuners is extremely
 tedious.

 This started happening recently, on the original 0.28 I did not notice it.
