 Jya,

 Can you review this? I've taken a quick look at other differences
 in the definitions in this area from the ffmpeg original, and there
 appear to be quite a number of other things we should pull across
 at the same time.

 Note that since we've just done a resync, the patches for 0.28 and
 master are potentially different.
