 Make "!MythCenter" the default theme with "Terra" as fallback. Also bring
 !MythCenter up to date with recent changes that were made in !MythCenter-
 wide. I don't want to use !MythCenter-wide as the default because on a 4x3
 screen some text elements are truncated with ... at the end.
