 No, Frontend and backend UPnP server can co-exist on the same machine just
 fine. This is the setup I have on my development machine. It should look
 like the screenshot I've attached.

 So we need to figure out why UPnP Inspector is unable to see the backend.
 Enabling "-v http, upnp" logging on the backend may help.
