 On the 0.28 branch, whenever I run mythtranscode, e.g.
 (AFAIK, this is a regression from 0.27)

 sudo -u mythtv mythtranscode --mpeg2 --honorcutlist --chanid 5619
 --starttime "2016-03-25 05:00:00" -o /tmp/out.ts
 }}}

 all commercial break information for the recording is wiped from the
 system.  I confirm this by checking presence of entries before/after in
 table recordedmarkup
