 That seems to be because your hostname flips from mythbuntu64-2 to
 localhost and back to mythbuntu64-2.  There is a log entry that says that
 fe80::d63d:7eff:fef0:1fde%eth0 no longer exists which could be related.

 Another thing is that some ports are already in use which could mean that
 you have another mythfrontend instance running, but this should not affect
 the behavior of Watch Recordings being empty.
