 I tried to setup the IPTV playlist

 http://tv.iptv.ink/iptv.ink

 according to

 https://www.mythtv.org/wiki/User_Manual:Setting_up_HTTP_Live_Streaming_Recorder

 No channels are found in MythTV 0.27 and 0.28. Other applications like VLC
 or the Android App "IPTV"
 (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.iptvremote.android.iptv)
 have no problems with this playlist.

 Some debugging shows that
 ./mythtv/libs/libmythtv/channelscan/iptvchannelfetcher.cpp (function
 parse_chan_info) does not recognize the channel info.
