 I do not know, but the last attachment contains the relevant specimen
 starting at line 83.

 0x14 => the following 20 bytes are the string, and the last of these 20
 bytes is \0.

 With that sample I can add a local fixup in MythTV. But it is something
 that the engineers of the station might want to fix.
