 Lowered cpu usage and increased throughput by increasing a buffer size.
 Size defaulted to 4k. Small changes didn't make a difference so I
 increased it to 4M.

 I had to copy and modify the code for getprint from

 perl/blob/c1006d428cef2290d1b41e4a9cb7b2981262caf6/lib/LWP/Simple.pm#L61
