 Since upgrading to 0.28 (using MythBuntu 0.28 repository) I've experienced
 rare (couple of minutes between) but visible glitches. Both while watching
 DVB-C HD liveTV and recordings. The mythfrontend.log shows no special
 debug information during the glitch with these verbosity options:
 playback,audio,gpuaudio,gpuvideo,libav other than jitterometer and
 screensaver inhibitor. There are no buffer under or overruns during
 playback. I've tried switching painters from auto to opengl2 to opengl1,
 which made no difference.
 The attached video clearly demonstrates the effect (I hope).
