 In attempting to use HLS stream

 https://sevenwestmedia01-i.akamaihd.net/hls/live/224813/MEL1/master.m3u8

 as an IPTV recorder playback just hangs.  Verbose logging suggests when
 the playlist is parsed the HLS Reader doesn't understand EXT-X-VERSION:5
