 An additional bug is that (good) recordings cannot be stopped after being
 restarted twice - the UI stop request is simply ignored. This is a minor
 issue and does not put the recorder/scheduler into an errant state. It is
 caused by the mismatch between a restarted recording's starttime and the
 programme start time.
