 See #2897 .

 On Aug 14, 2007 in changeset ec316d744, the G.A.N.T. theme was renamed to
 G.A.N.T because windows cannot handle file names that end with a period
 (dot/fullstop/...).  This is the actual problem you're seeing--Windows is
 unable to handle the file name.  According to #2897, the file name is
 internally truncated to G.A.N.T (with no end period), so try deleting the
 directory using a file name without the end period.  If this doesn't work,
 your best bet is to find some Windows expert or mailing list or forum or
 ... to help you clean up your file system.

 Note, too, that on Sep 9, 2009 in changeset f0b755e32da4, the G.A.N.T
 theme was moved to the oldthemes repository along with all other non-
 MythUI themes.  The oldthemes repository was removed sometime before the
 release of 0.23 on May 10, 2010.  So, while there's no theme by that name
 in the current code, since you downloaded a copy of the git repo with all
 the history, you have a file with the file name Windows can't handle.
