 IIUC, videos now have to be in an SG. Scanning finds them and they will
 play, but skipping etc doesn't work from the frontend.

 'mythcommflag --video <filename>' can't find a file in an SG.  It can find
 it, and produces a working seektable, if the file is in the user's path;
 at least, that's what I've found when issuing the command from a terminal.
