 Mythcommflag v0.28-pre-2291-gd97aeef

 Running mythcommflag --rebuild results in an empty recordedseek table for
 that recording. Recordings are H.264 HD recordings from HD-PVR. Would this
 issue apply, and has this patch been applied to the 0.28 branch?
